White-Label Licensing

Your logo.
Your crews.
Our curriculum.

NWSA certification prep delivered as your company's own training program — not a link to somebody else's website.

What gets branded

Everything a technician sees

The course itself

Your logo in the header, your brand colors across the interface, your company name on the dashboard and the welcome copy. Written in your voice, not ours.

The milestone award

Training Milestone Awards carry your lockup and a signature line for your safety manager. Printable, and clearly worded so nobody mistakes it for an NWSA credential.

The manager console

Your roster view, branded to match — the screen your safety group screenshots for a carrier or drops into an audit binder.

Branding setup is a one-time fee, quoted with the roster. It is normally waived on an annual roster license. Ask for the current number when you request a quote.

Straight answers

What this is, and what it isn't

You are licensing content

The curriculum, question banks, updates and maintenance stay with us. You are licensing the right to deliver them under your name for the term of the agreement — you are not buying the courseware outright.

It is still exam prep

Every milestone award states plainly that it records completion of a prep course and is not an NWSA credential. We won't soften that language for a branded account. It protects your safety group more than it protects us.

You see your own people

A branded account's console shows your technicians' emails, progress and scores. That's your staff on your order — but tell them, and put a line in your handbook. Some will ask.

Turnaround

A branded build is normally live within a few business days of receiving your logo and colors. You approve a preview before a single technician is invited in.

What we need from you A logo file (SVG or transparent PNG), two brand hex codes, the exact company name for the milestone award, and the signature-line title your safety manager should carry. That's the whole intake.
