One key per technician
A company order mints a distinct key for every seat, and every key opens all five courses. Each key binds to the first email that activates it, so one key emailed around a crew stops working after the first tech. Seats you haven't handed out stay unclaimed until you assign them.
Roster & progress console
Sign in with your order number and access token. See every seat: who claimed it, how far through the material they are, their last practice-exam score and when they last worked. Export the whole roster to CSV.
Your brand on it
Optional white-label tier puts your logo, colors and company name on the course, the dashboard and the Training Milestone Award. Your crews see your training program, not a vendor's website.
Billing that clears fast
Stripe invoice payable on receipt, by card or ACH bank transfer, when your accounts team would rather not put a card in directly. Put your PO number on it and your AP department gets the reference it needs. Seats are issued once the invoice clears. We do not offer net terms or credit.
Kept current, publicly
We track NWSA policy and exam changes and date-stamp the check. Every entry links to NWSA's own announcement, on nws-a.org or in NWSA's newsletter; where NWSA hasn't published something, we say so rather than guessing.
English, Spanish & Russian
Every course — lessons, quizzes, flashcards and practice exams — in English, Spanish and Russian, with a switch the technician can flip mid-session. This site is in all three too.

Three full exams before a repeat
Every course holds enough exam-format questions for at least three full NWSA-length practice exams — 85 questions for TTT-1, 100 for TTT-2, 70 for A&L, 95 for ARC, 70 for Foreman — weighted by domain like the real one. Questions a technician hasn't answered come first, and every answer is explained.
A real exam mode
NWSA's question count and time limit, no feedback until the technician submits, with flag-for-review and a review screen — so the first full-length sitting isn't the one that costs $274.
Readiness by NWSA domain
Each technician sees results broken down by the Candidate Handbook's domains, with drills for the weakest one — a study list, not just a percentage.
Mistake bank and printable sheets
Missed questions are saved for review, and the flashcard deck or a technician's own mistakes print as clean study sheets for the truck.
Progress on any device
Progress follows the key to any phone or computer the technician signs in on, and the course installs like an app — no app store.
Search inside the course
Lessons, flashcards and practice questions are searchable in the technician's language, with answers hidden until asked.

Crew seat packs
2–24 technicians. Every key opens all five courses. Each key runs 12 months from activation. The order closes 18 months after purchase, so a key handed out in the first six months gets its full year.
